Nutrisource Fiber powder provides 3 grams of soluble fiber per serving. The fiber, sourced from guar gum, is partially hydrolyzed. It will not affect the taste or the texture of foods or beverages. This product is beneficial for improving digestive health and restoring regular bowel movements. The powder is lactose- and gluten-free and kosher.
