This product is a replacement following an FDA rule effective 1/18/2017. The FDA has determined that Powdered Surgeons Gloves, Powdered Patient Examination Gloves, and Absorbable Powder for lubricating a surgeons glove present an unreasonable and substantial risk of illness or injury. Consequently, FDA is banning these products. We are substituting powdered gloves with comparable non-powdered gloves. This Surgical Glove is made with a low protein content to reduce exposure to natural rubber latex proteins and the risk of latex sensitivity and allergy. An exclusive glove mold with independent thumb design allows for an anatomical fit and more natural movement in the fingers, thumb and palm. Powder-free to help reduce powder-related skin irritation and post-operative complications associate with granulomas. Triple-dip coating technology integrates nitrile and latex for effortless donning and glove strength. Produced on Cardinal Health surgical glove molds.
