The Deroyal Covaderm Plus Composite Adhesive Wound Dressing is multi-layered composite dressing that provides ultimate wound protection, layer by layer. It maintains moist environment with protection from outside contaminants, prevents drainage strike-through and minimizes wound trauma. Ideal for many wound types and primary or secondary dressing. Layer 2: Soft pad for drainage absorption. Layer 3: Breathable, semi-occlusive polyurethane barrier film. Layer 4: Conformable adhesive-coated fabric tape. Prevents drainage strike-through. Barrier to external contamination. Minimizes wound trauma. Provides excellent moisture vapor transmission. Ideal for many wound types. Available with radial slit for tube sites.
