Deroyal Polyderm Hydrophilic Foam Wound Dressing 4 Diameter Border, 2-1/2 Diameter with 2 Radial Slit, Sterile, Latex-free, Nonadhesive Polyderm Border is a hydrophilic, foam dressing for primary or secondary use on exudating wounds or for cushioning painful wounds and tube sites. Effective in management of moderate to heavily exudating wounds. Made of nonadherent, highly absorbent, lint-free, polyurethane foam. Thick, soft construction that is extremely conformable and comfortable. Protects granulating tissue for effective healing.
