DeRoyal Polyderm Plus Hydrophilic Foam Wound Dressing 6 x 6 Border Square, 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 Foam, Breathable Barrier Film, Sterile, Latex-free, Nonadhesive Polyderm Plus with border and breathable barrier film for extra moisture vapor transmission and protection from external contaminants. Effective in management of moderate to heavily exudating wounds. Made of nonadherent, highly absorbent, lint-free, polyurethane foam. Thick, soft construction that is extremely conformable and comfortable. Protects granulating tissue for effective healing.
