HME filter traps patient's own moisture and minimizes heat loss. It is intended to be used on respiratory care patients who require a breathing circuit. This is a compact HME with an integral extendible connector to simplify setup. Low air flow resistance. Moisture output greater than 30mg H2O/l. Calcium chloride treated HME media improves effectiveness. ISO standard 15mm and 22mm fittings.
