The dressing is low adherent, which helps to minimize wound trauma at dressing changes. Nanocrystalline silver provides an effective barrier to microbial contamination. It allows fluid transport into the secondary dressing to minimize the risk of maceration. Maintains contact with the wound bed even in awkward anatomical areas. Kills pathogenic organisms common to wounds providing an effective antimicrobial barrier. Provides comfort for the patient during wear and allows them to move with the dressing still in place.
