A specially formulated gel: This product is made with Elasto-Gel™ a patented* gel with exceptional properties for transferring heat or soothing cold. Microwave will be the easiest way to warm the product in both clinic and home settings. Products may also be warned in a heating warmer like in clinics or a regular oven for home.
