Wound Management Fibracol Plus Collagen Wound Dressing 3/8 x 3/8 x 15-3/4, Sterile, Versatile fibracol plus collagen wound dressing with alginate combines the structural support of collagen with the exudate management of alginate, It is made-up of 90 percent collagen and 10 percent alginate, the combination of collagen and alginate provides the versatility needed when addressing a variety of wound types and a wide range of exudate levels . fibracol plus collagen wound dressing with alginate is soft and comfortable to wound bed and can cut to fit any size wound. Maintains moist wound environment which is conductive to granulation, tissue formation and epithelialization that enables healing to process optimally. Collagen supports tissue and blood vessel in growth. Absorbent, gel forming composition maintains moist environment and control exudates. Non-adherent-easy to remove. Maintains integrity when wet. Leaves wound free of fiber.
